VeltrixEntry pricing cut 15%PRICING CHANGE DETECTED
about 2 hours ago

The entry plan dropped from $39 to $33 on the public pricing page, and the same 15% is running as the headline in four live Meta ad sets. The change went up without an announcement post.

VeltrixMeta ad frequency doubledNEW AD CAMPAIGN LAUNCHED
about 5 hours ago

Four new ad sets went live since Monday, all pointing at the discounted entry plan across 4 Meta placements. Daily frequency is up 4.1x on the previous fortnight while the creative stayed unchanged.

The second LinkedIn post this week built on the cost of leaving an incumbent, reworded from Tuesday's version and posted at the same hour. Both carried the same CTA and together drew 214 engagements.

NorvaneFourteen reviews left unansweredREVIEW ACTIVITY DETECTED
1 day ago

Fourteen new reviews landed in nine days, nine of them under four stars, and not one has a reply. Two name onboarding time directly, which is the objection your own playbook already answers.

THREAT
Veltrix

Veltrix is buying reach, not winning it

Nine straight days of paid discount ran against flat organic reach, so the cut is funding volume rather than converting demand. Two of your ad sets share placements with theirs, which is where the cost lands first.

TREND
6 competitors

Short video is taking share across the whole set

Short video went from a fifth of everything posted to nearly half in 30 days, and the four who moved earliest hold the top engagement median.

OPPORTUNITY
3 channels

Nobody in the set answers their reviews

Not one competitor replied to a review this month across three review channels, while 61 new reviews came in. The conversation layer is unclaimed, and answering it costs nothing but attention.

Your strategy is a living document

Your positioning, messaging and battlecards live in one playbook. When Intel spots a change that matters, the playbook proposes an update. You approve it, and the system remembers why.

  • A living marketing playbook, structured layer by layer
  • Battlecards for every competitor, refreshed as they move
  • Agent-proposed edits you accept or decline, nothing changes silently
  • Full change history: what changed, when, and what triggered it

What the brand stands for

The slow-moving layer. Positioning, customer profiles, value props, objections. Reviewed quarterly, rewritten only when the market gives us a reason.

Positioning Statement

High confidenceMark as reviewed

We serve small marketing teams where the person reading the research is the person doing the work. Two to fifteen people, no analyst in the middle, no research function to hand anything off to.

We lose to enterprise suites when procurement runs the decision and the buyer needs a seat count, an SSO line item and a security review. This year that is a trade we are happy to make.

The public line stays short: competitive intelligence that arrives already interpreted, for the people who also have to act on it.

Ideal Customer Profiles

Medium confidenceMark as reviewed

The operator owns the channel and the budget in the same head. They are not short of data, they are short of an hour to read it, so the research has to arrive with the conclusion already attached.

The agency lead has to show a client something defensible on Monday morning. What they buy is the audit trail: what changed, when, and what we did about it.

Both buy in the week after a competitor move they did not see coming. Neither will read a fifty-page report, and both will read four lines that name what changed.

Competitive Alternatives

High confidenceMark as reviewed

The honest alternative is not a competitor, it is a spreadsheet and an afternoon. Named tools win on breadth, the spreadsheet wins on price, and doing nothing wins whenever the market is quiet.

We win when the market is not quiet, which is most quarters, and the trigger is almost always a move a competitor made in public: a price change, a new landing page, an ad set that suddenly tripled.

What converts is never the alert on its own. It is the alert arriving with the draft that answers it, in the voice this section already agreed on.

Differentiation

High confidenceMark as reviewed

Sondera goes deeper on enterprise workflow: approvals, seat management, an audit log a security team will sign off on. We do not contest that, and we say so on sales calls before anyone has to find out the hard way.

Veltrix has the larger data set and the longer history. They win any question that starts with the last three years. Ours start with this week.

What we contest is the distance between noticing a move and shipping a response to it. That is the only row in this table we intend to win, and every product decision this quarter is scored against it.

We are marketers and business owners and we built Oppira to use it every day for people like us

Oppira is shaped for the small marketing teams who don't want to hire 5+ people and many expensive AI and marketing tools: founders, marketing leads and agencies who can't afford to react late.

"We found out about a competitor's price move at 9am and had a response post live by lunch. That used to take us two weeks and three meetings."

Questions

Everything else you'd ask

Oppira is an adaptive marketing system for small teams. It runs one loop: Intel watches your competitors across social, ads, landing pages and reviews, Playbook keeps your marketing strategy current as the market moves, and Studio turns that strategy into content that is ready to ship. You go from signal to shipped without switching tools.

Oppira is built for small marketing teams, founders and solo marketers who need the competitive edge of an enterprise war room without the headcount. If you are responsible for both watching the market and shipping the marketing, Oppira does the legwork so you can stay the strategist.

Most competitive intelligence tools stop at the report. Oppira is a system: the intelligence flows into a living playbook, and the playbook flows into the content you actually publish. You do not just learn what a competitor changed, your marketing changes with it.

Oppira tracks competitors across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter) and LinkedIn, plus landing pages, Google and Meta ad libraries, Trustpilot reviews and open-web mentions. That is nine channels of signal. Active profiles are scanned daily, quieter ones a couple of times a week, ads while they are running and landing pages weekly, with no manual monitoring on your side.

Oppira uses public sources only: social profiles, ad libraries, competitor websites, review platforms and the open web. Scans run daily. There are no logins and no private data, nothing your competitors could not already see about you.

No. Everything goes through your review by default. Playbook changes are proposed and you approve them, and content is drafted and you sign off before it ships. Oppira does the legwork, but you stay the strategist and nothing goes out in your name without your approval.

Oppira has three paid plans and no free tier. Starter is $39 a month, Basic is $79 a month, and Pro is $149 a month. All three run the whole loop, including Studio; the higher plans widen what is watched, add your own paid ads and raise the agent and refresh allowances. Annual billing saves 15 percent, and you can cancel anytime.

Minutes. Name your competitors, connect your channels, and you are done. Your first alerts and insights arrive the same day, and a draft of your marketing playbook is ready within a few days of data.

Starter is the monitoring plan: up to 5 competitors across Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn, with alerts, insights, analytics, the marketing playbook, battlecards and Studio. Basic and Pro widen what is watched (reviews, competitor ads, landing pages) rather than changing what you do with it.

Yes. Basic and Pro include MCP (Model Context Protocol) access, so you can connect Claude, Cursor or any MCP client to your live Oppira workspace. Your competitors, insights, battlecards and playbook become read-only tools your assistant can call, and you generate a personal API key in the web app to authenticate.

Yes. The official Oppira CLI (install it with npm install -g @oppira/cli) puts the platform in your terminal as scriptable, JSON-friendly commands: over 100 of them across twelve groups, covering competitor intelligence, your marketing playbook, battlecards, scheduled email reports, generated artifacts, your own paid ad accounts, Studio publishing and the Oppira AI agent. It needs Node.js 20 or newer, and it comes with the Pro plan, which unlocks every command group.
